Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you find an error with your order, return or exchange an item or order cancellation, please email us immediately at order@corp.yhi.com.sg and and must be supported by valid reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If for some reason you ordered the incorrect item we will exchange for the correct item needed, extra payment and shipping may payable.

We do not accept the return of any goods and services once they have been fitted, installed, used, mounted, or driven on.

Credit note will be issued to you if goods returned within 7 days of purchase and in a saleable condition.

Credit amount will be refunded less all shipping charges incurred and/or labour charges may payable

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds under the following circumstances:

  • •Simply change your mind
  • •Make a wrong purchase decision
  • •Purchase an item knowing beforehand that it is imperfect eg a sale or reduced item due to minor damage
  • •Items we have specifically ordered and advised prior that are non returnable

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at order@corp.yhi.com.sg. We will arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost.

Do not return items for refund before contacting us for advise.
